For the last ten years, I have worked diligently to spread history to the masses through curating exhibitions, conducting collections management workshops, organizing community history outreach forums, and participating in preservation research studies. While my focus area is museum interpretation, I discovered very early in my career as a public historian that “wearing many hats” allows me to use my diverse skill set as a bridge to connect history with different audiences.
